Dayamix System®

The Dayamix System® is a worldwide network of colour matching stations certified by the BRANCHER Company.

Each colour matching station can easily manufacture an unlimited variety of colour matched inks for Offset, UV and Flexo. ISO 9001 certification ensures the system is managed in an efficient manner.

By performing the colorimetric study itself in its own mini-laboratory and manufacturing the colour matched ink by simple mixing, the network of stations installed in each country can offer unprecedented delivery times.

The colorimetric compliance report represents a common worldwide colorimetric standard between the ink supplier, the printer and the client.

The printing of packaging for the publishing and advertising sectors makes use of an extremely varied palette of colours. This colorimetric richness, which extends well beyond the possibilities offered by four colour process printing, is obtained by means of colorimetric inks elaborated in Dayamix system® colour matching stations.

Colour Mixing Station

An autonomous structure equipped with a colorimetric laboratory and mixing unit, a Dayamix system® station uses concentrated mono-pigmented bases, compounds and performance additives. The inks are manufactured in the exact quantity ordered by the printer by simply mixing these three components according to the specifications established by the colorimetric laboratory.

The Dayamix System® is a worldwide network of colour matching stations certified by the BRANCHER Company. Each station analyzes, manufactures and delivers all inks for Offset, UV and Flexo right on time. ISO 9001 certification ensures the system is managed in an efficient manner.

Colorimetric Compliance Report

When printing the logos of major brand names, it is vital that the exact colour is reproduced. It is therefore indispensable to ensure the technical and commercial relationship between the printer and the client is secured.

The Colorimetric Compliance Report is a document made secure by an anti-counterfeiting device. It is produced by the colorimetric laboratory of the Dayamix system® colour matching station in accordance with the printer’s specifications. In addition to test drawdowns printed with three inking levels, it also includes an extremely precise colorimetric analyses print out.

The Colorimetric Compliance Report makes it possible to assure the constancy of print work quality, with the Dayamix system® colour matching station ensuring the perfect reproducibility of the ink for each manufacture. In accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard, it enables the requirements relative to the product (chapter 7.2.2) on the one hand and the This feedback allows each Dayamix system® colour matching system to offer its clientele an ever expanding level of expertise.

Colorimetric Generals:

The colour matched inks are produced by simply mixing concentrated mono-pigmented bases, compounds and performance additives. This palette of components enables the ink formula to be adjusted according to the colorimetric specification, the printing process and the substrate chosen for the print run. Special concentrated bases enable the specification to be met in terms of fastnesses (light, alcohol, alkali), overcoat varnishing, hot gilding, etc., and in terms of Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
